Darius commanded that Daniel be thrown into the lion's den, and then he went to bed.
“Angel, Go, close the lions’ mouths,” God said.
When Darius returned in the morning, Daniel was just bones.
“You stupid angel, why didn't you obey my voice,” said God.
And the angel said, “Pardon?”
